Perfect Maine Getaway – Walk to Downtown, Cozy for All - Flexible Cancellation.

Our beach-themed retreat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from shopping and dining in downtown Kennebunkport. It’s a short 1.5-mile drive to Gooch's, Middle, and Mothers Beach, with a parking pass available for summer stays (June-September). The property is also near Webhannet Golf Course and a 4-minute walk to Hillcrest pitch and putt. Explore the nearby Franciscan Monastery or scenic Bridal Path.

We offer all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has 3 twin beds. A baby pack and play is available.

The property is set on a landscaped grassy corner lot with a new gas grill, patio furniture, and a large outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off. The yard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Make sure you cook up some lobsters and steamers the Maine way.

This was a great house for us 4 adults and 2 kids! A short walk into town which was great. And plenty of attractions in close driving range. Definitely would recommend this place. And loved the fact that there were all kinds of condiments, spices etc that came in handy!

What a beautiful home located within walking distance to all that Kennebunkport has to offer. Drew was a wonderful and thoughtful host. The home was super clean and comfortable. One of the best VRBO we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Maine Getaway was exactly that and more! This home was so cozy and inviting as well as immaculately clean! The hosts did not miss one detail, we had all of the comforts of home. The shops are literally around the corner and easily walkable. The also were very quick to respond to questions. We would love to re-visit this home.More than 5 stars given for this one, it’s a gem!

Wonderful!

The owner was a gem! He was quick to reply and even left wine, snacks, and a sweet handwritten note for us. The house was charming and comfortable. It is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

Great location, short walk to Kennebunkport!

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom. It’s close enough to walk to Dock Square in Kennebunkport to shop and go out for dinner. We especially enjoyed coming back after being out all day and chatting by the fireplace! We’ll be back again!

Wonderful House

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the nice welcome note, all the info of nearby things to do, the bottle of wine and snacks. The area is so beautiful with a cute downtown, nearby ocean and lots of trees! Check in and out was very easy and any questions were responded to quickly. Kennebunkport retreat

This is such a beautiful and welcoming home and was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Every detail was thought of. The hosts are wonderful and the location is perfect for spending time in and exploring the Kennebunkport area. .

Perfect Costal Maine Stay

What a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need, and is walking distance to town which made for great dinners and breakfasts. Jill & Drew were excellent hosts and so thoughtful in their house presentation! We hope to visit again next year!

Beautiful property and clean, clean house. The house was well appointed and anything we needed was there. Loved getting up early on the chilly mornings and putting on the gas fireplace with my first cup of coffee and conversations with my three adult children. Wonderful stay!

We visited Kennebunkport for my cousin’s wedding and this was the perfect place for our family! It was so conveniently located to the charming downtown area. The decor and thoughtful touches really made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful fall getaway

This home was ideal for our needs. It was the anchor for an extended family tour of mid coast Maine. We would definitely come back for the house and for the nearby pitch and put 9 hole golf course and Wandby Landing’s pizza just around the corner.
