"We had a great stay at the AC Hotel. The location right next to the French Quarter allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to be and the trolley was also very close and available for farther distances. The staff was very helpful to all of our needs and went out of their way to get answers to questions for us, and to help us out as we planned our visit to New Orleans. "

"Unfortunately for four of the five days we were there we only had tepid water. Each day we asked when it would be fixed. We were told on day 3 that we may need to let the water run a half an hour before getting into it. That didn't help. On the last day as we were leaving, we finally had hit water. The safe did not work in our room. The tv wiring was dismantled and we had to reassemble it. Water stains on nightstand from previous guests."

"The Westin NOLA is a beautiful hotel. Conveniently located near French Quarter and walking distance to major sightseeing points. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the 11th floor lobby is spectacular. Our river view room was huge and felt new. "

"This is a top notch hotel in the heart of NOLA. Staff was excellent and attentive. The updated room was outstanding with great views down to the French Quarter and beyond. Very Very happy with our stay at New Orleans Marriott. Breakfast buffet and MClub were very well done. Thank you for a great weekend."

"The AC and heating didn't work in our room. The room thermostat didn't work resulting in the AC blowing constantly. When we asked the hotel to warm things up, it turned off the AC and the room became unbearably hot. The shower faucet moved away from the wall. We learned on our arrival the 7th floor was under renovation and the rooftop pool, bar and gym were not available. Overall, a bad experience. We will not be going back there."

"Everything was awesome! Corey especially was super helpful and kind! Loved the staff, the hotel itself, how close it is to bourbon Street and everything. Even helped us get a taxi back to the airport. Thank you so much! Next time we come back to the French quarter we are Def staying here again."
