"The staff was real friendly and helpful. I had a long flight coming into London Heathrow and unfortunately had to wait a long time for my room to be ready. I was hoping that even when check in time is 2 pm that there would be certain rooms available for those travelers that come in earlier"

We had to wait for hours. Then we tried calling room service and there was no answer either. Overall the rooms were great but the service could’ve been better. Location is a 10/10 though so that makes up for a lot in the end."

"Clean decent sized room, the two twin beds are a bit small but it was ok for us. Breakfast is very good with many options. Hells Kitchen restaurant is fantastic for a special evening or a celebration. The menu is concise but the oysters, wagyu meatballs and roasted cod were great. "
