"I had to switch rooms immediately after arriving because the room smelled terrible they switched me to another room that had stains on the comforter and walls Eck!"

"We booked a family room and from the pictures looked really nice and updated how ever when we got there we were given two joint rooms that we were out dated and not at all what we expected which caused some confusion at check in the staff was super helpful and very friendly the lady that checked us in was the best part of the stay she was helpful friendly understanding and patient her service gets a ten out of ten"
