So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. Two particular staff members, Putra and Gusde, made us feel like family! We will never forget them! If you are planning a trip to Bali, stay here! Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. "The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early check out and they provided a lite breakfast for us this was very helpful.
This is a big hotel so lots of guests and very busy. The position of the hotel is great. Very central to most things in Sanur"
