It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend.

The staff were great but the property is tired, has a hostel feel, my room was quite soul-less and a little stale smelling. It wasn't expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. The location was perfect for me a I was there to catch up with friend who were staying in a beautiful (and very full) house nearby.

Great location as a base with Keswick only a 20 min walk or 5 minute drive. The room was comfortable with everything you needed and there were spare items such as towels and coffee to help yourself to in communal areas. Breakfast was fantastic and all of the staff we met were so helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again!

Clean room, no reception / housekeeping but additional items available e.g. tea bags, toilet rolls. Lovely pre booked cooked breakfast and cereals and yogurt available. Easy self check in. The room was very spacious with full bathroom and toiletries. Also had a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent 👌 with plenty of choice which you ordered the night before. Staff were helpful and restocked the breakfast table with fruit, juice and yoghurt. I loved the fact that there were mugs on the tables, depicting the Wainwrights! Nice touch. Parking was a bit tight if you returned late, but for one night, it was fine. Would definitely stay again!
