"The check-in experience at this hotel was shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. We booked through Hotels.com, where the reservation was presented as fully prepaid, and our card was charged accordingly. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that the booking was not prepaid and refused to let us check in, citing a “policy” they claimed was posted online. It wasn’t—there is absolutely no mention of this policy anywhere. This is not the standard Hotels.com experience, and the disconnect between what was charged and what the hotel claimed created a completely unnecessary situation. What followed was over 30 minutes of frustrating back-and-forth with staff who showed little interest in resolving the issue. They insisted they had sent an authorization form via email, but it turns out they had mistyped the email address and sent it to the wrong person. Despite this clear mistake on their end, they were unwilling to take responsibility. When we attempted to escalate the issue, management—specifically Michaela Roberts—was dismissive, rude, and entirely unhelpful. There was no effort to apply common sense or basic hospitality standards. By the time we were finally allowed to check in, the experience had already ruined a key part of our stay—we missed the sunset we had planned our evening around. Overall, the hospitality here felt like a zero out of ten. Completely disappointing."

"I loved everything, all areas are clean, but the public bathroom needs some cleaning work. Besides that, everything was better than I expected. We rented a boat for an hour with captain Kevin, and he showed us the area. We saw some dolphins. The food and drinks are delicious. There’s music all day. Great place for a weekend getaway "

"The condo was beautiful. Right on the water and overlooking the marina, Great layout, beautiful furnishings. We loved the cleanliness of the condo and the resort. The mature plantings made us feel like we were immersed in the tropics. We loved the pool, the grill area, the air chairs and the Adirondack chairs. So comfortable, made for relaxation. "
