"The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The tub in our room needs to be redone and sink was cracked. Overall, it met our needs for the night. I would stay here again. "

"Natalie was kind and helpful to let us check in early after traveling. The rooms were clean but it felt dirty due to the building being old, outdated, and unkept for what I expect at a Holiday Inn. The "market" had no snacks except skittles and some drinks. No vending machines. The area the hotel is in seems a little sketchy but maybe on its way to improving. Nothing except Taco Bell open by midnight. It was however, close enough to Lucas Oil that we were able to navigate around bumper to bumper traffic and take the back way by the river much quicker than getting on interstate. If your just looking for a okay place overnight this would work."

"Stayed here this weekend and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hot water stopped working Friday night, and there was still no hot water Saturday or Sunday. Taking cold showers for an entire weekend stay is unacceptable, especially without a clear resolution or proper communication from staff. I understand maintenance issues can happen, but guests should be updated regularly and offered accommodations such as a room change, discount, or partial refund when something this major occurs. For the price of the stay, I expected basic amenities like working hot water. The staff was polite, but the overall handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves how situations like this are handled in the future."
