    Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

    This property is a 28 night minimum. Boat slips available for rent! Inquire with us.

    Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

    Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

    Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. If I would have been told that they would be working on the outside of the condo the last 2 1/2 weeks we were there I never would have booked this. My husband has cancer and I specifically asked before booking if there was a nice lanai to sit in to feel the sunshine on his off days we were not allowed that the last 2 1/2 weeks so pretty much sucked half the time we were there

Very beautiful first floor condo but it's elevated. It overlooks two marinas.

Very beautiful first floor condo but it's elevated. It overlooks two marinas. Really solid construction. The owners have well thought out furniture. The listing agent/property manager is exceptionally responsive. Fantastic place to stay for a month in Key West.
