Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Wilnar the airport shuttle driver even went out of his way take us to the Yankee Freedom dock at 6:00 AM which we greatly appreciated. Property and grounds were well kept and the food was excellent at the restaurant.

Very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location, short distance from the airport and directly across the street from a nice beach. Free airport shuttle and a free shuttle into town, both were super convenient and ran right on time.

Loved this property. The pool area is very nice. You can order drinks and food at the pool. The staff is great and very friendly. They have a shuttle that takes you right down to Mallory Square and Duvall street. Definitely staying here again.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle provided an excellent means for transportation to Duval Street as well as the ferry. The beaches in Key West are not the greatest so if your decision is based on proximity to the beach, it may not be worthwhile. The pool at the resort was awesome and the pool/bar/restaurant service really made this tropical destination pop!

The Hotel is amazing. Clean rooms. Nice Staff (especially Anita). Food is very delicious and drinks are pretty great. Beach is gorgeous. Had to pay extra for the chair and umbrella though (would have thought it would be included for Hotel guests). Really loved the shuttle service from the airport and downtown. Super convenient. The drivers are a couple and both of them are super sweet and funny. Will be back for sure, because I enjoyed it so much!

This was the first time we've stayed at a Margaritaville but definitely won't be the last. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a great size. Having a shuttle to downtown was wonderful. Saved a ton of time and money not having to look for and pay for parking. The bus driver Johnny was great. Lots of recommendations for places to eat. The pool area was nice and the beach was right across the road. Absolutely nothing wrong the entire time we stayed there.

This was our first Key West visit. We wanted an ocean and a beach and you get that here. If you want a nice low key getaway, they have a great pool, restaurant and bars, you really do not have to leave. If you want to go into town they offer a shuttle to the Waterfront Brewery and to the airport. It was a bit more of a walk to Duvall Street than I expected, so pack the right shoes. Overall, it’s a great spot. If you want to be in the middle is the night light, this isn’t for you. I highly recommend taking the trolley train, to get a tour and get around. There is more to see than you realize.
