Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could be better

Needs to be updated. Furniture is worn. Mattress was well used and rolled to L or R. Floor was dirty from the start. Our feet were black after walking on it. Curtains had water stains along the bottom 8 inches up fabric. Needs some TLC.Did not communicate with the property manager.

Been coming to Key West for a few years and staying at different places. This one is the best. Clean, great location, close to the shared pool. Such a nice experience.

Great Old Town Key West Condo

This condo was a great place for a couple to stay! Conveniently located on a quiet street, even on New Year’s Eve,, only a short walk from all the activity on Duval St. The small condo was attractively furnished, comfortable bed, deck just outside.we’d happily stay there again but next time I’ll bring a couple of ice trays, a decent corkscrew and cooking basics such as salt and pepper, oil, etc. that I usually find in a VRBO.

Security Camera

The property is nice and we enjoyed the pool. We did not like having a security camera on our private deck. We didn’t realize there was going to be a washer and dryer, so that was a nice bonus.

Beautiful unit - great location!

Pool was lovely in the evening - unit had enough space and was clean and updated. Can’t beat the location- easy walk to anywhere in town. Only issue we had was a lack of a blanket which we tried to address but the property manager was unable to provide one.

Fantastic location! Bed super comfortable. Overall great place to stay. Only issue we had was the batteries were pretty much dead on our keypad. I called Vacasa. They said they were sending someone over to replace them, and no one ever showed up. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

Beautifully Decorated Cozy Condo

Perfect condo in perfect location. Beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and all of the little touches that made us feel at home. The shared pool was just steps from our doorway. Comfortable and clean.

The property was very nice with a bright interior and comfortable accommodations. We had a private patio/deck area with the pool right outside of that. Quiet area of town but walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Duval St.

Cute place, great location!

We loved this place! Very cute and clean. Perfectly located. Only issue was the heat/ac unit was a little confusing and the sofa bed is a little uneven. Otherwise great!!

We loved being in walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Property could have been a little cleaner for our taste. We called upon arrival with a parking problem, and never received a call back. Our first night, we had no hot water. Called again and no call back again. My husband walked to the local Vacasa office and we finally got results.

Great property

This was a great property, very clean and modern and in a great neighborhood. Only reason not an overall top rating, is the water pressure in the shower and hot water for the whole unit. I expect some pressure issues in Key West…. But the hot water, or lack of jt was a problem. First day took 10-15min to get hot water in the shower, next day 20+ plus minutes, and last two days 30-40min. Had to take a cold shower this morning because it was time to check out and I couldn’t wait any longer. Perfect place in every way except the hot water. I should have contacted the VRBO manager and not just put up with it. I’d like to hear back about what the issue is.

Great vacation home

My husband and I stayed at the property for your anniversary. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious with a nice private pool and patio. Check in and let was easy and the management team was amazing and checked in in us on a regular basis via phone and text. The location was perfect. Very closed to Duval Street and many atttactions were just a short walk or bike ride away but you still felt that you were in a private secluded area.

Das Häuschen als solches ist auf einem Gemeinschaftsgrundstück gebaut welches 7 weitere Unterkünfte der selben Bauart beherbergt. Man teilt sich gemeinsam einen Pool und die Münzbetrieben Wäscherei. Die Olivia Street ist eine ganz normale Siedlungsstraße, weshalb man mitten im Leben umgeben von gewöhnlichen Wohnhäusern lebt. Das hat natürlich zur Ursache das die Umgebung nur so sauber sein kann, wie der jeweilige Hausbesitzer es zulässt. Erhebliche Unterschiede liegen auf der Hand. So wechseln sich Südstaatenvilla mit Hippiebruchbude ab. Key West ist bekanntlich sehr speziell, weshalb für mich persönlich diesr Umstand zu Authentizität beitrug. Wer einen Sterilen Ferienpark sucht ist hier falsch. Ein sehr großer Vorteil ist es das man in wenigen Gehminuten auf der Duval Street landet, welche sich mit der Olivia Street kreuzt. Man ist somit kurzerhand im Zentrum des Touistentrubels. Das Haus ist dennoch so weit abgelegen , das man von dem nächtlichen Rummel rein gar nichts mitbekommt. Möchte man eines der Strände besuchen, sollte man sich mindestens Fahrräder ausleihen, das sich der Weg da hin zu Fuß doch ganz schön zieht. Mit dem Auto zu fahren ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, da sich auf dem Grundstück selbst nicht genügend Parkfläche befindet und man meistens auf der Straße parken muss und damit riskiert, erst 2 Blöcke weiter einen vielleicht auch noch kostenpflichtigen Platz zu finden. Mein Tip ist: Findet man in unmittelbarer Grundstück Nähe einen Platz: Parken und stehen bleiben und lieber ein Rad mieten. Ist günstiger als die Parkgebühren am Strand und stressfreier!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay, close to everything in Key West. Very clean, nice and relaxing. When they are done making the improvements to the pool (tile) and new patio, it'll be perfect again! We called the property manager at check-in for help locating the key and received a response and help within minutes. We would definitely go back again.
