I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips. "Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. "I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. "The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. "We stayed in a cottage. The room was clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and the cabnets had plates, silverwear, pans, dish detergent. It had a full size refrigerator. There is a separate living room and kichenette from bedroom. The staff was very friendly. There was enough parking for everyone on the day we were there (June). "The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean."

"I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back"
