"The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room."

"My husband and I made a dinner reservation and set off on foot to go there, but the online address was wrong and NOTHING was at that location but an out-of-business store. Soooooo, we hiked back to Sunset Inn and explained that this was a birthday/anniversary dinner. "It’s definitely not a five star hotel but the staff is incredibly helpful . the floor was not clean saw a few hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. Coffee maker broke down. They brought me another one and when I complained about that one there was silence. But the staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help. Furniture need some serious upgrade in the kitchen area"

"I personally did not have a very good experience staying at this hotel. I called multiple times to ask questions about my check-in and didn’t get answered once. When I arrived in person to the lobby, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get attended because the receptionist was sitting in her car while there was two people waiting in line. "The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!"

Das Ressort selbst ist eine Perle, ist es etwas abgelegen von der Strasse und eher in einem wunderbaren Boutique Stil gehalten. "Ovetall, this property does give you the typical Florida keys charm and is very cute. Fun outdoor games for families, kayaks and bikes were lovely. The pool they could not keep clean with iguana poop and debris all 3 nights we were there but the one day we used it, it was lovely. The room: The 2 beds were king size which is practically unheard of and to our surprise, the room was huge. Decorated tastefully, night stand was wonky and wobbly but overall the room was great! "The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property."

"We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)"
