"We were greeted by Annika on arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and made it possible for us to have an early check in after a long international flight. She gave us lots of valuable information about the hotel and the beautiful town of Kiama. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly smiling staff; bright and sunny reception area; clean rooms with a comfy bed and a very good location for walking to the town. We ate breakfast there only once - it was 15 minutes from closing so the hot food was not the best. We are sure it was fine if you arrived earlier. Had great breakfast each other day at The Hungry Monkey, just around the corner. A perfect visit for a wedding and many happy memories created here. "

"We stayed at this rental in Kiama while attending the Wollongong Triathlon World Championships. Booking was straightforward, although the “non-refundable” label should’ve set our expectations lower. After booking, the property management company emailed requesting a photo of our driver’s licence and our credit card online. We submitted the licence, but declined to upload the credit card (our Amex advised strongly against it). Upon arrival, we still had not received the door code. They continued to insist on the credit card photo online. We offered to bring the card to their office or provide the number over the phone, but the person we were corresponding with didn’t appear to have a physical office, and all communication remained via text messages. The tone felt off. Eventually they sent us the code. Throughout our stay we received multiple one-sided text messages listing $500 “penalties” if we parked wrongly, used a certain space, or did other things. Our messages with questions were ignored. We were told to move the garbage bins from the carport to the street for collection, even though we thought they were still in their designated spot. Parking was in a carport but extremely tight for our minivan — once parked, one side of the vehicle couldn’t get a door open. Within the first 48 hours we found three large cockroaches in the apartment. "was really good stay i like that the kitchen has the stuff we need to be able to cookonly comment is there is a web of spiders on the balcony fr the dining and the chairs and tables were not clean for both balconies. also it would have been good if there is a manual dryer to hang the clothes if i dont want to use the dryer"

"Beautifully equipped apartment with enough space for three generations. Sea view, close to beach and nice restaurants. There are a lot of "rules" to follow (stuck around the place) but they are kind of amusing (and fair). You'll see what I mean if you rent the place. Didn't use BBQ but it has everything you need. We got a Woolworth's delivery (it's a fair walk). Worked really well. Excellent, would absolutely return. "
