Picturesque View in Parkside! 2bd/2ba

Recently renovated 2 bedroom Parkside Villa with a view. Come relax and stay on the beautiful Kiawah Island. Nestled in between the famed Sanctuary hotel and Night Heron Park, this villa allows for a short walk to the beach along with being centrally located on the island. With 10 miles of beaches, world class golf including The Ocean Course, which hosted the 2021 PGA Championship, and 5 star resort to take advantage of there is something for everyone here at Kiawah Island.

This is a second floor unit with vaulted ceilings and beautiful lagoon views. Recently renovated and updated to bring this unit into the 21st century. Three flat screen TVs, YouTube TV, all major streaming services available(with personal subscription), HBO Max, 1 Gigabyte of high speed internet, deck and screened porch are just a few of the amenities. The living room has a 55" 4k TV. Yale Keyless Smart lock for easy entry and exit. This villa is a .24 mile walk to beach access at boardwalk #22. A great view for a great vacation!

This is a non-smoking property that includes parking adjacent to the building, 24-hour security, air conditioning, internet, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, starter supply of paper towels, clean bath towels, a hand towel and a face towel (x4) as well as a starter pack of toilet paper! There are 4 beach chairs along with a portable cooler and a Bluetooth speaker that are available to all guests which make the transition from home to relaxation just a little easier.

* If you plan to use the washer and dryer, detergent pods will not be provided therefore be prepared to bring this item*
One of the beauties of Kiawah is the natural and abundance of wildlife on the island. From Egrets, jumping fish in the lagoons, deer, bobcats, and of course alligators. Please remember these are large animals and stay away from lagoon edges and please avoid feeding these amazing animals.

Lovely condo, very clean when we arrived and had plenty of thoughtful amenities, like night lights. Lagoon was magical and quick walk to the beach. Perfect for a week long trip with a small family.

Pleasant

Had a great stay at this property. View was beautiful of Ospreys, alligators and deer. Stayed here with my husband, brother and his son. Would recommend.

A favorable Trip

The property was just as the pictures described and was clean and inviting. Checking in was easy and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the comfortability of the bed mattress, they were hard to sleep on.

Pond view get away

I enjoyed the peaceful area of this property as well as the central location to the trails. It was not as close to the beach as I would have liked. I did miss having a hairdryer available too. The blinds on the windows were hard and dysfunctional. Windows were dingy and needed to be cleaned and made the place also feel dingy. Repairs to a bathroom vent were in progress during our stay which left debris on the floor and counter..

Perfect location

Villa location is perfect, quiet, nice stroll to beach, and use of bike/ walking paths. The unit has a charming weather worn on the outside but everything is sufficient on the inside. We had a very relaxing stay.

Nice condo

Nice condo overlooking a lagoon. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was great. Loved both the deck and covered porch for evenings. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom door that goes to the hallway and the bedroom which was very nice.

Perfect for the marathon

We were in town for the Kiawah marathon. Close to the shuttle and nice and quiet for the weekend I did try and communicate with the home owner before ref a menial ? But got no response Only issue I would say was a large cockroach inside the rental near the dining room which freaked me out

Girls Trip

Our passes at gate were not called in, good location, bathroom had hair on floor n shower, cabinet door in kitchen half on, cabinet knobs missing in kitchen, nice decor but truly needs some TLC!!! Cameron was prompt in his responses. This could easily be a 5 star unit when it gets some cleaning n fixing accomplished.

If I could give more stars I would! First off I have so say Cameron was so helpful with giving us info of local companies and things to do without even asking. He responded quickly. His place was BEYOND neat and clean which was an absolute blessing. His place was so cute and bigger in person it seemed. We all were very happy with our stay and would recommend his place over and over again! Thank you so much Cameron!

Parkside Serenity

My husband and I had a perfect stay at the condo. Everything in the condo worked well and it looked just like the pictures. The setting was beautiful - we really enjoyed coffee in the mor j g on the deck. We would definitely rent this condo again - hopefully soon!

Nice property with several minor deficiencies

We’ve stayed in several Parkside Villas over the past 25+ years and love the location with its views and proximity to the beach. This unit was comfortable, but had several minor deficiencies which will be detailed to the owner.

Wonderful week on Kiawah Island

We had a wonderful week on Kiawah Island. This villa was perfect for me, my husband and two teenage daughters. It was just as pictured -- spacious, updated, and very comfortable for four people. It is also in a beautiful spot on Kiawah -- on a beautiful lagoon close to Night Heron Park, the nature center, and close to the Market and Sanctuary Hotel. It is also just minutes to the beach -- took us about 3 minutes by bike across the nearby bridge. We spent a wonderful week on the beach, riding bikes, playing tennis and exploring all the beautiful corners of Kiawah. Just loved it here. And, cannot say enough great things about this villa and the property owner Cameron McConnell. He was absolutely wonderful to work with on this rental. We had to change our arrival and departure date by about 3 days and did a Thursday to Thursday rental because of some strange timing issues. Cameron worked with us at every turn. Also, have never met a more responsive VRBO owner. Just a wonderfully great rental experience.

Clean condo

Condo was clean. Great view of the lake with the alligators. A little of a walk to get to the beach but do-able as he provided a wagon for my 2yo. Adequate parking. Kitchen fully stocked. It was a nice place for a quick get away. Easy check-in instructions. Very early but easy check out.
