The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We lost our bags at the airport and the manager went over and above what he meeded to do to get them back. All of the bar and restaurant staff and drivers were really chatty and fun too

Easy uphill 20 min walk to city centre...

Overbooked so sent to a new hotel
Unfortunately we turned up to the hotel to find it had been overbooked and we were provided an alternative hotel. The manager did all he could to correct the error which we were really grateful for.
