The unit has also been fully remodeled with hardwood floors, brand-new appliances, and air-conditioning. Admire peekaboo ocean views on your private, covered lanai. After a fun-filled day, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool.

Stroll just minutes away to Kamaole Beach Park. Walk to local restaurants, book a guided fishing charter, or head out on a whale-watching tour. Kick back on the sleeper sofa or recline on an armchair in the light-filled living area. The flat-screen TV keeps you up to date on favorite shows. Prepare island-inspired meals in the kitchen, equipped with all-new appliances. The kitchen bar seats two. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for four in the dining area. Sip morning coffee around the table for four on your private lanai. Swaying palm trees, tropical flowers, and partial ocean views create a peaceful scene. Take a refreshing dip in the unheated pool, located within steps of your rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Island perfect

This location and stay was exceptional. The corner condo with the sunset through the window or on the lanai was spectacular. The peek a boo lanai was perfect from one direction the mountain sunrise the other direction you could see the ocean sunset. Again beautiful. We had some complications getting into the condo but it was quickly resolved. Overall the accommodations and setting were exceptional. Two minute walk to the beach and guaranteed brilliant sunsets each evening. Would stay there again. Wonderful ‼

Nice location in Kehei

Well maintained and well equipped cond. Directly across from the pool and laundry facilities.A very easy walk to a very nice beach to spend the day or watch the sunset.Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk to choose from.I would say again if we were returning soon.

Under whelming

Resort area is great. Our stay was for a month. Biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness , i.e. dirty windows, fans, ledges curtains and no cleaning supplies for the bathroom. Also a number of smaller issues. Broken knobs on closet doors, window screens not fitting properly, was lacking adequate kitchen & bathroom linens, ceiling fan in living room had to be fixed. Main screen door had to be repaired (we were locked in a few times till this was fixed) and doesn't fit the door jam properly. The lamps in the living room need to be replaced or fixed. Vacasa did answer with help quickly -- unfortunately we had to call a number of times for different issues. Also, the advertisement indicated a phone and provided a number in the unit but there wasn't a phone in evidence. The instructions for using the TV's need to be updated. The unit was roomy and the shower in the bathroom was great. Needs some TLC.

Kihei Accommodations

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean overall, except for a few dust fuzzies and popcorn around the couch. Did have many micro bugs/mites running over counters in both kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t like that. Well equipped with kitchen supplies. Lots of towels. Located central to everything. The pool was excellent. We would stay here again without the bugs. Resident gecko was cool. Thanks.

Too many steps, poor view

The apartment itself is very nice and well furnished, except the dishwasher didn't work and the garbage disposal quit working for no apparent reason on our last day. The biggest issue was the 36 steps it took to get to the third floor unit, advertised as a "corner penthouse". The view in the advertisement is very misleading and there is a comment in the description that the unit is on the first floor, not the third floor.

Loved the beach supplies!

Really wonderful to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Those were game changers for us and allowed us to not get sun burned and enjoy our time. We struggled to find the pool door code. Fans in the room were great too. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall out stay was great. Would we have preferred a ground level unit? Sure. Would we have liked to be a bit closer to the beach? Sure. But these are minor quibbles. Also, the manager and the owner responded cheerfully and quickly to an issue with the cable TV.

2 weeks in paradise

great location, close to beaches, restaurants, sunsets and and walkability. Appreciated the bright, clean laundry facilities and their great location by the pool(some sun and a swim while the clothes do their thing). Very quiet and peaceful at night yet so close to the action.The only negative I have is the air conditioner in the living room; noisy and couldn't come close to handling the humidity and heat. Bedroom unit was excellent.

Great condo and location!

The condo is just as it appears in the listing. It appears to be recently renovated. The location is great, just across the street from a very nice beach. We really liked that we could walk to several nearby restaurants. The new Coconuts Fish Cafe location is close by. The condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs , umbrella, coolers and beach towels were all available. It was a little warm when we were there in October and the air conditioning units could not really cool the unit down . Just don’t expect “ice cold” air conditioning . Overall a great stay!

Perfect location.

This was an amazing location. It is near a lot of great restaurants and shopping. I love that you can walk across the street and you are at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect place

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was the perfect condo, located at the perfect place in Maui. Where ever we wanted to go in Maui it was easy to get to from our condo. There were numerous eating establishments within walking distance to our home base. The beach right across the street was great for hanging out, and we were so close to other beaches that offered snorkeling, turtles, paddle boards, etc. Patricia was the perfect host! No need to look further for a better condo - you won't find it!

Simply elegant; convenient and close to beach and activities!

August 20, 2019 3:14 PM We booked this condo 6 weeks or so before our departure date. Maui was recommended by family and friends as a destination but we didn't know very much about the different areas of the island. After a determined on-line search, we reached out to Patricia about the Kihei condo based on positive reviews and the great photos on the site. Patricia replied the next day with the confirmation of our booking and to let us know that everything was set for a great vacation. We really appreciated the regular communication in the following days and weeks including important information regarding directions and check-in procedures. Once we arrived, everything went very smoothly. The directions were very clear and there was always plenty of parking in front of the condo. We checked in with the office to get our parking pass, code for the pool, and a package of information. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with original Stillwell art work and elegant furniture. Everything that we needed was included: full kitchen, guide books, even beach chairs and umbrellas! There is A/C but we preferred to leave the windows open to enjoy the cross breeze from the hills and ocean. After a day of exploring, or just relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed returning to the condo to catch a view of the sunset from the lanai or front window. With its great location, we could choose to stay in or wander down to the pool, beach or great local restaurants (try Café O'Lei for lunch or Hawaiin Moons for an Acai Bowl). Great hosts and a perfect location for our first time in Maui!

Great stay in a great location

This is a great property in a great location. Patricia was a great host from the welcoming gift, to checking to see how my arrival went, to quickly responding when I had an issue, I always felt taken care of. If my travels ever bring me back to Maui, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The A/C in the dining room and bedroom. Did not do a good job keep keeping the rooms cool.
