Kihei Bay Vista #C-205 Partial Ocean View, Wonderful Property, Hot Tub

Kihei Bay Vista #C-205 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with both a partial ocean view and an inner courtyard view. This unit is air-conditioned in the living room (window unit) and in the bedroom with a new portable AC, ceiling fans throughout, has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TVs, free wireless Internet, and telephone with long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada. The bedroom features a queen bed, portable a/c, a ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a/c and flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a shower only (no tub available). For outdoor activities, Kihei Bay Vista #C-205 is equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. Sleeps 4. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Perfect condo for a honeymoon couple. Fantastic location right across from a beautiful beach. Very comfortable and clean with nice amenities and plenty of beach gear. Loved the pool too. Would happily stay here again!

I loved the location, was next to the beach and a lot of different stores and eating areas. This property was clean and very peaceful. Would definitely return.

Roomy and adequate. Older facility and needs updating.No fan over stove. No light over stove. No instructions for microwave. A little complicated to opperate. Furniture old and not comfortable

Clean and Comfortable 1BR

Easy to check-in with key code. Clean and well stocked with towels, beach toys, dinnerware. Great washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nice heated swimming pool outside. Convenient to Maui Bus. I made it without a car! Spectrum cable service was intermittent requiring 2-3x to get it to work each time. Bus will take you to Kahului where there is a Costco and WalMart. I cooked all of my own food and saved. I would not hesitate to come back!

Location was good. Entrance to the property was across the street from the beach/ocean. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. The air conditioner vent kept falling out of the window in the bedroom.

Nice place

I came for work and the place is nice. The only problem i had was I stayed during a heavy storm. The problem is that there is a creek in the back of the complex parking lot. I work up to find the storm raised the water over the parking lot and flooded all the cars in the lot. When I opened my doors, all the floor boards where filled with water and mud. Make sure you have car insurance on your rental other wise the condo is beautiful

Awesome Condo in Kihei

This condo was wonderful. Just the right size! Close to the pool, hot tub, and bbqs but back from the main road. Beach was across the road and you never had to wait long for a break in the traffic to cross. Wonderful beach, not busy, AND, large green sea turtles came up every night to sleep on the beach. They would leave at different times of the morning to go back to sea. This place is in a perfect place for easy access to all parts of the Island, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops. Would definitely stay again if/when I go back.

Great, quiet location

Everything was as promised. Great location near many things, but not right in the middle of it, making it a lovely, quiet place to settle in. The place was spacious and clean, and we were impressed with all the things available for our use, such as towels and beach supplies. The only thing I would suggest is not having guests turn the ac off at checkout, as when we arrived for check in it was very warm and took a full 24 hrs to get it cooled down enough for our comfort, especially back in the bedroom. But once it did reach the temp we wanted, it was great. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing location with a lovely beach for swimming right across the street! The apartment was nice with everything needed for a relaxing vacation, especially the pool and hot tub and great restaurants just up the road.

I had the pleasure of renting this beautiful condo when the fires began. I was notified at midnight via text that some of the surrounding area were evacuating and to keep an eye on local websites to see if they told my area to evacuate. Needless to say I may have easily missed this text and I was definitely up all night scared to death to fall asleep as I needed to follow those sites. I know it was extenuating circumstances. I just would hope that in the future there’s some additional ways to notify people in case of emergency. Thankfully we were safe and the trip overall was wonderful. I hope you use the condo to shelter some of the displaced Maui people. Thank you.

Hot, dingy, dirty and rough.

We rented this condo for our three adult children while we rented another one in the complex. HUGE difference and disappointment from the condo we rented (which was great). The pullout couch was terrible. The one air conditioner in the living room does not cool the back bedroom at all. Overall dingy, dated and dirty. Postives: small, quiet complex, nice pool/hot tub, and easy access to beach across the street. Snorkels, towels, chairs, cooler provided.

Property Fine,Price not so much!

Clean well stocked property.Great location . Easy to book no surprises. Booking fees were and always are excessive.The booking process with added fees becoming too much like ticketmaster. Didn’t use to be that way .

Great Location

The unit was perfect for our 9-night stay in Kihei. The location is great as it's close to lots of amenities, directly across the street from the beach, but far enough away from feeling like you're in the middle of the crowds. The complex is quiet and the pool and grounds are well kept. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We'll be back!
