"The property has lots of public transport options . But the main highlight is its staff. I was greeted by hotel staff Kate who was so lovely. I had some medical issues and she went above and beyond to check me in early and made sure my room had the necessary facilities to keep me comfortable. "We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to...
