Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Host was terrible and wouldn’t fix the broken washer and dryer and kept making excuses, and ghosted me when it was time to leave to give back partial refund. Don’t waste your money here!! Do not book!

Condo was great and we had a great time. Contacted the management company twice and they said they were onsite fixing issues, but they never showed up. A few light switches didn't work and one we kept off cause it made sparking noises. Not enough to lower the rating, but would have been nice to use the lights. One kept flashing and we had to keep off. We really liked it and would stay again.

The house was EXTREMELY clean and we loved that the sheets and bath towels were included for all the rooms. Check in and out was really easy through the guest portal. The kitchen was nice with limited utensils but had all the basics. The ONLY complaint that I have was there needs to be more curtains. The master bedroom was as bright as the sun at 6am and that was with just the blinds shut. The sliding doors in the living room had no curtains or blinds which really made it hard for us to sit in there in the evening with the sun directly in our eyes. Otherwise the BEST feature is definitely the pool! We spent a lot of our time at the pool and our child LOVED the splash pad and we loved the lazy river. Be prepared to tell them what unit you are staying in to get access to the pool. Definitely would book here again!
