Guests will have private access to the first and second levels of the home, including the front porch, back porch, patio, hot tub, and backyard. These spaces are entirely yours to enjoy—there are no shared areas.


Located directly on the canal, it's perfect for fishing enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy waterfront views. Guests also have access to two 1-person kids’ kayaks and one 1-person adult kayak for exploring the canal during their stay. Life jackets are provided.

Cleats are available on-site to secure your boat or jet ski, however, boats may be no longer than 20 feet.

Guests also have access to the Colington Harbour community pool, tennis courts, shared beach access, and playground.

Permits for the Boat Ramp/Launch are available upon arrival. The permits are $25/week or $10/day. To obtain a permit, please visit the Clubhouse.

***Please note that while proper maintenance is ensured, the use of kayaks and hot tub is at your own risk. This canal-front property is not fenced in, therefore a parent or guardian must be present at all times to ensure the safety of any child on the premises during your stay.***

For any questions or issues during your stay, please reach out directly to your hosts for resolution through the Airbnb app.

You will be provided 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom per stay. You are responsible for any additional rolls.

HOUSE RULES

-Rental Agreement & Hot Tub Waiver will need to be signed after booking. These forms will be included in your initial welcome message. Please click the links to fill them out after booking.

-Throw away anything in the refrigerator or freezer.

-All dishes need to be washed and put away prior to check-out.

-Please ensure the door is latched properly when leaving the premises, the wind can be unforgiving.

-No smoking, no events/parties, no animals.

-Trash Pick-Up is on Monday & Thursday, please put the trash cans on the street the night before
