**Due to the serious allergies of some of our most frequent guests, we do not allow any animals at our property.
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be among the group staying at The Blue Oasis.This cottage is for non-smokers only, both inside as well as outside on our property, due to the severe allergies of owners as well as frequent guests. No work crews are allowed to rent this property. $500 security deposit hold is required upon booking. Please read entire listing and all additional rules before making a reservation.
