- Awake to a Spectacular Sunrise from this first floor Oceanfront condo. Enjoy Great Oceanfront views from your private furnished Balcony. Close to shopping, Great Restaurants and Activities. Community pool, park grill and 2 community washer/dryers, outdoor shower. Deck furniture. Lifeguarded beach in-season. NO pets. WiFi Internet Access, 3 Cable TVs, DVD Player, Central Heat and Air, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ceiling Fans, Non-Smoking. 5 yards to the beach. Milepost 7.
First Floor Oceanfront. Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room w/Slider to Private Oceanfront Balcony, 1 w/King Master, 1 w/Queen, Hall Full Bathroom. Living Room w/Queen Sofa, Community Washer and Dryer Area On Ground Floor.

We enjoyed another excellent week at the Sands !! The morning sunrises were beautiful from the balcony; the location was perfect; the unit had new flooring and the luggage lift was much appreciated!

This is a well-maintained condo. This was the second year we rented this unit. It is close to everything, especially the beach! The decor just makes you feel at home and able to relax.
Beautiful Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the OBX, and your place was very welcoming and centrally located. It was fun to watch for the dolphins and porpoises just offshore. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
