Welcome to our ❄newly renovated❄ Cozy Condo Located right off the "loop" walking trail on river road. Our end unit condo sits just 5 min from the base of Killington with easy access to night life/restaurants and much more. Whether you are skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking or just enjoying the fresh Vermont air, you'll love the comfort of our condo. Enjoy a space that is truly convenient, comfortable, child-friendly and fun for you to enjoy during your hard-earned vacation time in Killington! Our condo features a freshly painted interior adorned by 2 roomy bedrooms 1.5 baths stocked with everything you might need, 2 new couches + a plush lazy boy chair, 2 smart flat screen TVs, and a newly renovated modern kitchen. Close to everything on Killington mountain but very quiet. Includes fast WiFi, Keurig, stocked with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Two kayaks are available for you to enjoy! Whether you are visiting to ski, snowboard, bike, hike, golf, or just get away from it all, we'd love to host your vacation in Killington! Two Vehicle Max There is no pool on the property There are public pools See below: Family Season Pass: Killington residents & second homeowners: Free, Non-Resident: $65 Family of 4 Season Pass: Non-Residents Adult: $30, Individual Non-Resident Child: $15 Daily Pass: Killington residents & second homeowners: Free, Non-Residents: $4 Adults and $2 Kids 12 and under To pay, please bring a check or cash to at the beginning of your visit to the town pool. Killington homeowners & residents please bring a valid ID when you first come to the pool and you will be assigned a season pass number. Those with out-of-state drivers licences will be checked against the Grand List; no other documentation is required. Pool Hours • The Johnson Recreation Pool is typically opened from Mid-June through the third weekend of August. These hours will be adjusted based upon lifeguard staffing and availability. • Adult lap swim is Monday-Friday 11:15 am to 12:00 PM. • Public swim is Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and Friday-Sunday 11:15 AM to 7 PM. • The Killington Rec Summer Camp will use the pool for open swim Monday - Friday from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. The pool is also open to the public at this time.

Liked: Communication
The condo was in a beautiful location but was rather isolated from grocery and dining options. Our host was good at communicating however we received a message about the fireplace not being available to us a day before we came and we got there in the dark with no lights on. The condo itself could not really be called "luxury" as it was dated and lacked some basics like soap in the bathroom, a towel hook in the 1/2 bath, kleenex, cracked dishes, etc. Liked that it was near a waterfall and hiking options.
