"Nothing at all to fault, my second stay and it's a hidden gem. The location is superb for transport links, nice quality rooms, great food and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is a welcome respite from heat. Certainly I will stay again. One very minor niggle, there are only two elevators for guests which can lead to long-ish waits at busy times, but that's the only non-positive aspect I can think of. "

"Great hotel, well located in the Sukumvit 11 area. The premium rooms are very spacious, the bathroom and walk-in shower are huge. We had no view but we weren’t much in our rooms anyway. Staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast was the only weakness in our view, not very diverse. "

"This was incredibly convenient locationm walking distance to all of the major shopping areas and very vibrant night market close by as well. The adjoining shops were a bit run down, but can't beat the 200 bhat daily massages"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my room key card—something that can happen to anyone. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, the hotel charged me for a replacement card. What’s frustrating is that a simple plastic key card likely costs them very little, yet they chose to pass that cost onto a guest without any flexibility or goodwill. It felt petty and left a negative impression. Good hospitality is about taking care of guests, especially in small situations like this. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if this is how they treat their guests over minor issues."
