"So many things! The decor in the reception & room are absolutely lovely. The front desk staff was very nice & welcoming. Thr room was large, very comfortable. Important to us, the room was very quiet. We enjoyed the visit. Just wished they offered decaf coffee &/or decaf tea. Nonetheless, all was superb."

"Excellent staff who answered my questions. Room was excellent. Last minute stay, picked off internet. Safe area. Across the street from a Starbucks, but the motel coffee was hot, fresh and excellent and FREE. Nice place if you are looking for simple, basic and save bucks. I took 2 baths in the tub, and soaked my weary bones. A+++"

"Clean room"

"It was a comfortable get away. But I did expect better based on the price. Having to plug in the lamp between beds to have light was inconvenient. The heater was loud all night - even when we turned it off. The bathroom door isn’t on it’s track right and I almost got locked in. The bathroom doesn’t have a light separate so as not to turn on the whole vanity light in the middle of the night. "

"Great value for this stay in Saratoga. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for a stay over Thanksgiving and were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for light meals and there was enough space we didn’t feel on top of each other."
