"Barking dog in room across the hall barked all night "

"Our room was covered in mold. It was all over the walls outside and inside the bathroom and even by the front door. The WiFi did not work and our tv was cracked and broken. We ended up leaving 3 days early and switching to a different hotel. The man at the front desk was very helpful, but this place was AWFUL."

"After check in my first room wasn’t no clean and pet smell so bad, I go back to front desk and showing pictures about the room , they change my room for better room, 3 start because I have to go back and forward to resolve the issue with the room, taking five minutes drive each way to the front desk."

"The room was clean however we stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping stop by. No garbage emptied or fresh towels. It does state on the sheet you are given at check in your room will receive a light refresh every other day. If staying an extended time after 3 nights you will receive a complete cleaning. towels. We didnt fit into any of those two categories?? The breakfast looked good but we never ate there. Coffe and tea was self serve 24 hrs. We had a 1 bedroom king and it had a tub. Not that great for handicap people. My husband and i are not handicap but i guess that was the only king bed left as i didnt request that room?? Also in the room the mirror was two low so you had to maneuver the facet as it wouldnt turn left and right. I did pinch my pinkie on it. Not sure if all the other rooms are like that."
