"Room cold heating not working properly "

"Room was clean, but a little smelly after running the tap. Wardrobe was ridiculously small, like an armoir rather than a wardrobe. My dresses didn’t fit. Luckily radiator in bedroom was adjustable as it was very warm. Heaps of tea and coffee but we had to pop our fresh milk onto the windowsill outside as no fridge in room. Staff were excellent Slept well despite what appeared to be someone playing (badly) the last post on a cornet, down the hall."

"Could not get the wifi to work. Stuggled to close the bathroom door. The main room door had to be pushed shut even though it was a fire door with a self closure on it."

"Room was spotless lots tea and coffee in room bed comfortable and shower and toilet cleen I did leave my scarf in room and have asked the owner to contact me I have mad no reply I’m surprised at this as he was so polite and helpful "

"Comfortable house in a quiet area but with bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Historic dockyard is 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Very clean, spacious house with comfortable beds"
