"Better way to present the bedroom"

"Couldnt see the beach. Staff provided basic confusing information. Was advised of a 200 dollar holding deposit not to be charged and released upon check out... this was not the case and had been charged and upon check out advised this is now a 5 to 6 day turn around from my bank.. not impressed. 1 bath towel per person for a 4 day stay. 1 milk no room clean. Requested 3vtimes for 2 single beds.. not done either. Not impressed with my stay. Expected more from a Peppers resort. Out dated decor."

"This was such a nice tranquil getaway. I didnt really use the kitchen or amenities - but the room was lovely and tidy, the shower was one of my highlights as it had great pressure. Its really nice and quiet - even for a friday and saturday night - it was still quiet and peaceful. I had a late check in and called the after hrs number and the gentlemen came over and explained everything to me and how to get my cabin. This cabin also had a porch with some seats and it was so nice to sit out there of a night time. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be stsying there again myself."

"Check in staff - interesting response Guess it was nearly 5pm on Thursday night! Pet friendly would be good - would have loved to bring our cavoodle. Place was lovely and clean - cleaners missed clearing top track of dishwasher - cutlery draw 1 items wasn’t clean - all good though. "

"We enjoyed our stay.very clean. Love the carpet in the bedrooms. Comfy lounge to relax into and large smart tv to watch. Ideal for a family holiday near the sea. Loaded with board games n videos and free Wi-Fi. Only drawback was I had no mobile signal to txt n make calls but once i connected to the Internet and 'Wi-Fi Calling' I could make calls n txts which worked out well. Only drawbacks were the sound of water run-off from the road above. Could only hear from the back bedrooms. Also had steps leading up to the unit. For a young family it would be fine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. The 3 hour Bayside River Cruise was great as well as a walk up to the Fingal Head lighthouse which no longer is operational. Spectacular views to the south and out to sea. Tweed Heads shopping not far away."

"Amenities were great. Loved being able to enjoy the home, the park and the beach access. Family vacation visiting my Aussie grandson / granddaughter and we were perfectly situated to see them only blocks away."

"The location was good.The photo's are quite decieving.Taken from certain vantage points to avoid showing you that the apartment is run down.Cracks in walls,paint missing,dead plants,stains over the tiles,stuff in the cupboards just throw in.The apartment building itself was not taken care of..certainly was not worth the almost 900 we paid for 2 nights."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect for us and our large dog - peaceful, welcoming, and super convenient to everything. The fully fenced yard was a huge bonus, and having a shower and toilet downstairs was so handy . We even got to spot some cows grazing nearby and a cheeky lizard dropped by! The place was neat and tidy with everything we needed to feel at home, and we loved the decor too and the large deck. The sunroom was lovely and very breezy! Only thing missing was oven mitts, but easy fix! Would definitely visit again, highly recommended! 10/10"
