Cudos to house keeping, the room itself was very clean. Everything else, not so much. Horrible mattress, pool closed, no continental breakfast anymore, party going on till 5 am, ice machine broken.

Room was nice. A/C did not cool our room off,it was undersized. It was a widow unit stuffed into the wall. Lukewarm hot water and very little water pressure in shower. The beds were actually comfortable. The parking lot had abandoned vehicles all over the property. Lots of marijuana being smoked by ling term residents no pool that I seen and free breakfast consisted of coffee and cereal shouldn't be allowed to call it a free breakfast but waffle house and Ihop are close to motel. Would not recommend staying here unless you can find any other place to spend the night.

While the hotel was spotlessly clean the premises were in a run-down condition. Not unhealthy or unsafe, but very unsightly. The light over the sink in my room wasn't working and one of the room lamps had a bad bulb. The breakfast selection was very basic, not unappetizing but noting special either. I didn't use the pool but it did look very inviting and well-kept. The only staff I had contact with were the front desk clerks and they were both very personable and professional, no complaints there.

There is a lot to offer here for a budget hotel. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is basic, but offers fruit and waffles in addition to the usual continental breakfast items, and there is a pool. The location is right off 95 but is in a quiet cluster of several hotels.
