Very clean. Comfortable beds, sheets and comforter. Friendly staff at check-in. Incredible hot breakfast with waffles, omelets, sausage, yogurt and a variety of muffins, bagels and toast options.

The front desk person was awesome. We arrived very late to check in and we were greeted with a very friendly helpful person. The room was very spacious with all the amenities I expected to have according to the website description. The breakfast was just as good as the room was good. Friendly and helpful personnel everywhere.. This hotel is blessed to have these people working there.

Great stay!

This was my 2nd stay at Hampton Inn Kingsport. Hotel was great! Very clean! Breakfast was good and refilled as needed. All the staff were very pleasant and eager to accommodate. The room was spacious but I found the mattress a little firm for me. I was able to get a late checkout. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff member on duty seemed a little bothered by my arrival. He wasn't rude, just a little short. When I told him that I was having hip surgery the next morning at 5 am, he didn't offer a room on a lower floor, or any kind of discount; we were put on the fourth floor.The amount paid for the accommodations, and service seemed a little high. Honestly thought there might have been a little more empathy?

Disappointed that there are no housekeeping services until after the 4th day so if you want refills of coffee, new towels, etc you have to request these.
