The pictures dont do it justice its a peaceful place that u dont even realize its in the city. We had the best sleep of our life ..the staff and the owner were very nice came out and met us at the car

A little bit of peace in downtown Kingston

The host was great! They were very responsive to our messages, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, and it was located in a great location near with restaurants and cafes. Surprisingly it was very peaceful in the mist of downtown Kingston area. We would definitely stay with them again!

Quiet, cozy place. Like a little haven in the middle of the city. The area right outside the doorway to the room to me is like a nice little garden oasis with flowing pool of water that makes a sound like rain. It is relaxing...i keep my doorway open. Price is fair. They really dont have a bar, just a fridge with beverages.They do offer home cooked local meals from scratch. I had red herring and breadfruit for breakfast and it was excellent 10 dollar US. U have to call beforehand to arrange to get meals. They will not take care of your needs readily, you have to walk around a little bit to find someone to help you if you need something.This is not a hotel, you understand. Your best bet is to call the number for this place provided in your reservation.

I consentily booked the red velvet room because I found it spacious and nicer than the other room that was also available - the Bejewelled. As we arrived, we were directed to the Bejewelled room. I said it was not the room I booked. First the owner tried to fool me and then when I showed her my reservation she just said that the other room was already booked. She did a double booking and did not even care of informing me. It seems she knew what she was doing because the Bejewelled room was not really ready (there was something in the sink. Also this room looks nothing like the photos. She also did not mention the heavy construction work on site prior to my arrival. I had to require a refund, and at the end I went somewhere else and paid more as it was a last minute booking. Rather a bad experience for me here.
