"Very nice hotel and staff. We did not include breakfast with our stay, but had the dinner buffet one night and thought it was good value. Location was ok, regarding transportation and shops/food, we found we used taxis to get around in Hiroshima and walked just based on what we did there."
"Excellent customer service provided by a young lady by the name Hazuki ,who spoke superb English facilitated check in and she explained all the services that were provided by the hotel including the rooftop Onsen.
