An excellent choice for your next Disney, Florida Vacation, this Orlando Holiday Home is located just 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World resort, 15-20 minutes from Universal Orlando & SeaWorld Orlando.

NOTE: Pool and Jacuzzi heat fees are not included in the base rental price.

POOL and JACUZZI HEAT Fee:
$35/day(2 or more consecutive days required).
Pool takes at least 24hrs to get it heated. Please notify us 24hrs prior if you want the pool to be heated.

JACUZZI HEAT ONLY Fee:
$20/day for 5 hrs( for one day).
$15/day for 5 hrs ( for 2 or more days)

**$200 If you adjust pool or jacuzzi temperatures or use the pool/jacuzzi heat without informing us. Yes, it will send a message to my phone and I will send you the snapshot of it.

Note on pool heat: Pool takes at least 24hrs to heat. Please notify us 24hrs prior if you need the pool heated. Heat is preset to 84deg for pool and jacuzzi is 100deg and cannot be changed.

WHEN TO PAY for pool? I will send a request for these additional charges on the day of checkin and requires payment in Airbnb.
