This home is a duplex. There is a long term tenant (family) who live on the main floor.
Your unit is the basement apartment. It has it's own private entrance (exterior stair to the unit).
You will have your own private patio area, as well as SHARED access to the pool.

Just steps outside the backyard, you have full access to the Conestogo Community Park which has a tennis court, hockey rink, basketball, playground, baseball field, pickleball court, and more!!!

Although the pool area is shared during use, please use your own private patio area (concrete pad area which is outside of the unit) otherwise. This space is a dedicated private space for this unit, as the upper unit uses the deck patio for their own private use.

** PLEASE NOTE: you may not use the pool after 9:00PM **
