Although we stayed for just one night, and did it have time to enjoy any of the amenities on site, it was a clean room, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions, the hotel is in a great location and we got to also enjoy the Hullu Poro Bistro. Breakfast on our way out was delicious…so many options!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. They had a very large buffet. Within 5 minutes of walking you are in the center of Levi and ski gondolas. They even have a washing machine in the cellar for use. We would come again anytime

Nice location, clean bathrooms , a bit outdated , they forgot to clean our room for the entire stay (5 days ) we had to tell them that we didn't had our room cleaned, they apologised for it . Overall good location, have in mind is more like a 3* hotel, breakfast choices can be improved.

Poor value for money. Rooms extremely basic and cold. Accommodation spread out over several buildings, poor directions from reception to find the room. Staff at the Wahu restaurant were great, food was good.

The staff was super nice. They really helped me out answered every question. I had help me find some things that I really love to do here in Levi. I was only there one night, but I wanna go back to their lounge. It's really pretty there. They have wonderful art everywhere Local and some local authors with plenty of books that you can just pick up and read. From the airport, I took a flight from Helsinki straight to Levi and there was a bus there that only cost about $10 to take me directly to my hotel and that was very convenient. Right there at the hotel there's a really nice restaurant you can sit inside or out the weight. Staff was also very nice and help me to find things to do while I was here so you just have to ask the people and they're super friendly. There's some really nice steps right near the Burger King or behind the Burger King that you can step up. It's like 776 steps to go to the top of the Ski area where you can get a cheesecake and a coffee and then there's a little museum which I'm just about to go to about the Sami. It's called Sami land.

Loved everything. Specious, clean, no hide dirt, lovely place. Even when in the morning we was roasting hot and had receptionist checking on us as fire alarm went off.. sauna didnt switched off from the evening before..they send someone to fix it it was just a perfect place. Affordable, close to shops and walkable to see place around. Thank you 5*

Decent location, walking distance to Levi town and ski resort. Front desk staff very pleasant, room is spacious and very clean. But a bit on the older end, the shower head is quite rough, there is no shower curtain or shower door in the shower, my bathroom was like a flood scene after one shower. Breakfast was very very average. Overall, not too bad but not worth 275 CAD per night in my opinion.

It's a nice place, close to the Zero Point ski slopes. We also had a private sauna for our room and it was awesome, we used it every day. I had better breakfasts than here, but it was edible. Though we rather bought some pastries as a breakfast in the closest groceries. Our room was quite spatious and even had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. In the bathroom there was a drier machine for the wet clothes which we found extremely useful. All in all, we liked to stay here, probably would come back again.
