"It was very close to the JR station and very convenient. Restaurant was well organized and we didnāt have to wait at all. They had private onsen but they were not free. We experienced similar arrangements with other hotels but they were always free."

"Very clean hotel, affordable, lots of amazing amenities and you can choose all sorts of shampoo's, conditioner and body washes. They had an ac and air purifier in the room along with a water dispenser. I do think it's a smoking room but I couldn't smell much smoke so it was perfectly fine. I enjoyed and would 100% stay again for the cost. The one downside is the parking is difficult and you absolutely have to be comfortable parking backwards and in a small area. Otherwise no complaints"

Just stayed one night with my family and we didnāt want to leave. The house is over 100 years old but has modern conveniences and was very clean and comfortable. The futon beds were perfect. The AC was strong. And best of all was the food. Dinner was a 12-13 course omakase with fish weāve never tasted, like blowfish. My two teens absolutely loved the experience and are already asking to go back. The owner/chef was very friendly. He went with us on a night walk and took photos of us along...

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away.
I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and itās not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy.
I loved the bed, I think the mattress...

Coming from the US and wanting to experience a Japanese style hotel, we thought that this would be a nice one to try. We were planning to spend one night in Hiroshima and visit Miyajima as well. The location and the fact that this hotel hotel has private bathrooms were key factors in our choice (communal bathrooms aren't for us).
From the outside, this looks like an ordinary hotel. When you enter, the staff has slippers laid out for you and they store your shoes. You wear the slippers...

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and very convenient. The public bath was great. My mother said, if the room we stayed in had a kitchen she could live there.

First of all the Manager Mr Huy was wonderful and very responsive along with his team. The water taxi to Miyajima is convenient and the onsen facilities are lovely and the breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommend b

The service at this hotel was beyond excellent. They did a great job of accommodating our dietary needs even though we did not think to write ahead (if you have restrictions you should). During check out, we forgot to pack our daughters journal, they called the driver that took us to the ferry and sent an extra shuttle to the ferry terminal to deliver it a few minutes later. The baths are large, fantastic and not particularly busy when we used them.

Located front of the port to take ferry to Miyajima island, very close to transportation station. Breakfast was good. Town restaurants close early. Helpful & friendly staff.

Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.

A nice apart-hotel. Very clean, very nice ambiance, nicely organized space to spend cozyly with the family (of 4).
Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. A very restful place to spend while in Tokyo, although it is a bit interior.

Very quiet hotel near the airport and MCAS Iwakuni. The staff are friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Plenty of parking available. They have a laundry on site as well.

This place is a total gem. They only have 11 rooms so the staff really gets to know everyone. Amazing staff. The rooms were so cute and comfortable. There's a fun little place to eat Okonomi a minute away, but not much else in this quiet neighborhood. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can get a breakfast basket in the morning. Hiroshima Station is an easy 15 minute walk away. Delightful stay.
