"I booked this hotel last minute as soon as I landed, when I reached the hotel I was greeted by the lovely Simi/Simon and I felt so welcomed and safe there. She was very informative about the hotel, Santorini, what activities I could do around; you could tell she’s very passionate about her job and always tried to accommodate whatever you asked her. Truly enjoyed my stay here and I would come back to this hotel again!"

"We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
