"Gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet sowie Salatbuffet am Abend. Beim Personal war von sehr freundlich und kompetent zu leicht überfordert alles dabei. Deluxe Zimmer war schön, die Matratze war jedoch von minderer Qualität.  Der Balkon war mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Bademantel wurde kostenlos gestellt. "A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. "The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
