"Great Location - Cool decoration "

"Breakfast wasn’t included, parking was extra, and not easily accessible. It was across an alley and up and down two flights of stairs with no elevator. The thermostat in our room was broken and the room was freezing. Tried to call the front desk many times without getting an answer. Finally, spoke to the front desk in person and they gave an excuse about how it’s two sections of the building and didn’t find a solution. Also, there are no change rooms or washroom anywhere near the pool, so patrons are obviously not showering before entering. And to access the squash court you need to go outside and across the same alley as the parking garage. The sauna was also padlocked and not useable."

"The location is excellent to walk around Waterloo with very easy access to the LRT stop at Allen. Overall the building was quiet and common areas were very well maintained. Excellent communication that was fast and helpful."

"We were collecting our daughter from Perimeter Institute and used this as a base for her graduation. it was a ten minute walk to the Institute. We had an easy e-check-in and check-out. The parking is a little particular but lots of on street parking you can use during the day. We can recommend the accomodation."
