There was no ADA accommodations for wheelchairs. The inside of the hotel was extremely hard to breathe due to all of the dust and debris from the construction. It was very hard to navigate inside with a wheelchair. The inside of the room was not clean and it smelled really bad. There was what appeared to be blood on the floor and the toilet was not clean. The bed was not clean. And it smelled really bad inside of the room. I am not satisfied since there was no wheelchair accessibility to the hotel. I would like a refund.

The room had few towels, mold in the shower, toilet leaked all over the floor and it stayed wet, construction stuff everywhere . It is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were told they had upgraded this room. Shower curtain was ripped and it dripped. If this was an upgrade I would be surprised.

Hey there, The property is being updated and under construction. Went to 3 hotels before having to end up leaving and going to get a different hotel due to the noise and mold smell. I have tried to reach out to you guys multiple times by responding to emails and calling, I have had no luck speaking to someone and I am very disappointed. Renovating, but comfy room.

Despite hotel lobby and entire first floor under major renovation/construction, we had a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and housekeeping staff was efficient. No breakfast service, but coffee station available in the hallway. Side entry doors not secure, and the walk to the lobby through the construction zone felt a little iffy. We were there on a weekend, so it was quiet-no construction underway.

This property is completely under construction, even the halls going to the room. No lobby. No breakfast & no place to even eat breakfast..all under construction & no exercise room or pool. The room itself seemed clean but everything between the room and parking was torn up and the tiny lower parking area was a mess with vehicles pulled in on both sides making it very hard to park a pickup. There are no amenities or places to be except in the room. Bathroom paint peeling, but there was hot water. Toilet is one of those short, kid ones. Expedia should not vin list this property until the construction is over! Also, nighttime traffic was noisy. Miserable stay.

Thank goodness for the lovely staff!! The hotel is is in rough condition and under construction. The listing pics do not match the room at check in. Thankfully I had brought cleaning essentials and was able to disinfect. Surprisingly the bed were quite comfortable or it was that we were just so tired. This property needs to be reassessed and at the very least it be mentioned that it’s under renovation.
