This is a short walk to the Old City, Market Square, and all downtown has to offer!

Great place and great location

This place is very comfortable with lots of little features that make it a great place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It is walkable to many great restaurants.

Will be staying here again. Great location to everything, walked everywhere. Well equipped place and very comfortable bedding. Quick responses from host, excellent customer service. You want to stay here! Book it.

Amazing place and wonderful location!

We will definitely stay here again! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. Within walking distance to many fun bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Also very close to campus so it was easy to visit our children who are students at UT. The host was very attentive and answered all the questions we had in a very timely manner. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for a Knoxville trip!

We loved the property and the location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and so appreciated the gated parking. For those concerned about the train, it was not an issue. We did hear it in the distance but it never impeded our ability to sleep. We walked to all the major sites and it was only a 10 minute drive to Meads Quarry. Would definitely stay here again!
