"Very compact room"

"It was a pretty hotel. Really enjoyed a the waiting lounge room it was sunny stylish and open. Room was nicely designed and loved they had big bath tub! Station were near by and easy to get taxi too"

"The rooms were very clean and there was a convenience store and cafe in the hotel as well as a spa/pool. The hotel was next to a train station, 7eleven and a few restaurants. Definitely recommend. "

"The staff easily understood all our requests in English and communicated well. They were friendly and helpful. The place is very close to central Tokyo, easily accessible by transit, and right above a 7-11. Great restaurants nearby. Would stay here again! "

"Ginza is a great area to stay, but the room at this hotel was not clean; I found stains on the towels, sheets and pillow cases, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself was outdated as well and overall unclean. There was no space to open luggage and it was uncomfortable to stay in this room. "
