"Smal, Small, Small. BUT very efficient lack of space to hang clothes, has a fridge and great lighting. Bed tight against the window wall. Our room was at the front and above the ever active road with busy noise all night. The staff were unbelievable. So kind and so helpful with absolutely everything. They were treasures. I wouldn’t stay here again as I would like more room to sit, turn around and have a little comfort time. "

"We enjoyed our family's two-night stay. The location was very accessible to Tokyo station and other surrounding stations. The room was overall clean and comfortable, and the in-room washer was a plus. Breakfast options were fabulous, they really packed a lot into the buffet, and the amenities bar was a nice addition. I did remove one star from cleanliness as the shower had a very strong mildew smell, although the surfaces were all spotless."

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a decent size for the three of us. And even a little balcony of the bedroom. The breakfast was superb, with lots of food choices. Great breakfast room two, which was really relaxing. It was in a quiet, safe location with easy access to lots of train stations. We stayed four nights and it really met our expectations. Thank you to the great hotel staff for a wonderful stay. "
