"The hotel is very nice, clean and great location - right at the Tokyo station. The only thing we had problem with was to find the actual entrance and lobby since it’s on 27th floor, you have to take an elevator and that was never mentioned or marked "

"It was a treat to stay at such a high end hotel. The executive room was worth it as it included many amenities including breakfast, light lunch and light dinner in the executive lounge, all with an open bar and spectacular view of Tokyu. I found the room to be very large and comfortable with amazing views. I had read others review how dated the property is but I didn’t find that to be the case at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the high level of excellence I experienced here. You can’t beat the convenience of a train station located in the basement level of the hotel as well as it being connected to the bus service to both Narita and Haneda airports."
