"Clean room. Food street with many restaurants is one floor below hotel only. Very convenient. However Amenities have been cut to minimum. Don’t even give bottled drinking water which is standard for 4-star hotels. Expect guests to fill up at water point near vending machines which is inconvenient. "

"I don’t typically write reviews but this hotel is amazing! The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and amiable. Our room has an amazing view. The big plus is the location. Local train station to JR trains is just across the street making commute a breeze."

"Great, comfortable, good size room for 4 adults. (The Deluxe Quadruple room 8th floor) We got the room for really great price too, especially considering it was Easter time in cherry blossom season. Staff were very helpful. Very convenient for universal studios and universal city rail station. Has a Lawsons convenience store in the lower floor. Only slight downsides the entrance shoe area in the room is a bit small for 4 but they could easily extend this into the carpet area a bit. Not the greatest view, but nice at night and can probably book a better view room for a fee. We drink a fair bit of coffee and did have to ask at the amenities desk for refills which was a little inconvenient but as i say there is a Lawsons Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, top of our list of 5 hotels we stayed at, would absolutely recommend. Stay here, you wont be dissappointed at the price point"
