"The hotel is not like the usual 5*, it was quite busy, jam packed with people in and out constantly and staff seemed quite busy all the time. There was no assistance with baggage or staff at all around apart from those at reception, although it’s a good hotel it lacks the 5* qualities you’d expect ..."
