Upstears, you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. You will find a tripple bedroom with en-suite showerroom and a cosy reading area.
You can easily park your car in the streets around the apartment.

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

There are parking options in the nearby streets of the property.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
