"Fabulous spa area that really couldn’t be faulted ( except a plan in English would have helped me navigate it). The treatments were wonderful and all three practitioners were top notch. Room and terrace were up to scratch but the bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was more that adequate. The staff were great. I’d love to return!"
"Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected.
