"I have booked the property online @INR 682.
When i reached the property the staff at the reception made me to pay INR 1482.
When I asked him he said your room has been upgraded but i was not been notified about it.
Moreover non of the staff were coperative and were not polite as well.
I had this kind of experience forst time.
And even breakfast was included in the booking but they staff denied at the begining and argued with me but then he agreed for the breakfast.
Overall i am not satisfied...
"Hotel location is nice near from airport. Cleanliness is OK. but the main problem is highway which sound does not keep you sleep. another matter hotel manager deny to accommodate on online prices. they demand more price that you have book online. this is main concern. "
