We just recently bought this beautifully decorated, spacious vacation home!

Our luxurious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo is a perfect place to unwind, leave your worries home and experience an unforgettable Kauai vacation.

THE CONDO - REGENCY 120

We recently bought this extravagant 1438 square foot condo located in a private resort with two pools and hot-tubes. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, garden views and we hope you will too!

Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Located on the second floor, our condo feels very private and you don't need to worry about noises coming from upstairs. Stay cool with central air or open up the sliding doors and enjoy a soft breeze on the balcony. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

· Master suite has a king size bed, master bath has double sink and a shower/bathtub combination

· 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located across the hallway

· 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed. Private powder room is adjacent. This room is a loft with open walls to the living room.

FAMILIES

If you are visiting with small children, we hope you will enjoy the travel baby crib, changing pad, kid-friendly utensils, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

LOCATION

Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach)

Located in the heart of Poipu, you can spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles, or if you prefer, just relax at home on your lanai and work on your tan.

Self-parking is complimentary.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.

We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.

You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.

Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.

Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and hot tub as well as the quick walk to the beach! We enjoyed Old Kōloa Town, nearby restaurants and exploring the beautiful island of Kauai!

We loved the location of this condo. We barely used our car as we could walk to everything from shopping to restaurants. We also loved the amount of space this condo provided. It had everything in the kitchen that we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo!

This was one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few over many years.The condo has a very spacious feel to it and appeared quite clean. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen and all three bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled. The AC works well.The kitchen is nicely stocked with matching dishes and silverware and all of the basic tools, pots and pans. All kitchen appliances work well as do the outdoor barbecues at the nearby pool. The cupboard also contains salt, pepper, some spices as well as some shelf staple condiments and oils.A closet holds 4 Tommy Bahamas chairs along with other beach items. They appear to be provided by the owner rather than a collection of left-behinds from previous guests as we have often seen at other Hawaii VRBOs.The condo is a pleasant 7 or 8 minute walk to Poipu Beach and about 15 to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt, both down a paved path through an attractive greenspace corridor.Although it was just the wife and I, we think that this condo would work well for a large family or two smaller families.

This condo was well kept up and clean. We had a 1 year old with us and everything that was needed was avaliable, which included portable crib, high chair, mat for under highchair, beach toys, other toys and books. My son-in-law enjoys cooking, lucky for us! He said the kitchen was well equipped with nice items. One thing I really appreciated, the beds were very comfortable. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards that were provided. It was just a short walk to the beach, where one night we saw 26 sea turtles on the beach when we were watching the sunset. Dominika was very prompt with answers when I did message her. The check in process was very easy. I would highly recommend this wonderful vacation condo.

I would definitely recommend this condo to friends! The condo was plenty of space for our family 5. The beds were comfortable, the living room was cozy, the kitchen was very well stocked and the AC was a big bonus. The grounds of the condo were kept up very well; we enjoyed using all 3 pools. The location is centrally located between shipwreck beach (The Grand Hyatt) and Poipu Beach. We could walk to either beach on walking paths in about 10-15 mins but also drove and found parking easily on days we were loading up for the beach. Dominika’s communication and response time was top notch! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Kauai is breathtaking!

Nice place, great location

Really nice place, roomy with an excellent living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms all in good shape and everything very clean. Location is fantastic, you can stroll down to multiple great beaches, or walk to Kalapaki Joe's for drinks, dinner or both! Would stay here again without a doubt!

Amazing!!!

We were so happy and comfortable staying here! Location was perfect, 5 min walk to Brennecke’s & Poipu beaches. The place was beautiful, well maintained and so comfortable. We had everything we would need plus more. AC in all bedrooms and in main area. Enough beds for our family of 6 and plenty of space for us to spread out comfortably. Our family was SO happy here and loved staying in this condo. We did NOT want to leave! It was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Family’s first trip

We had a wonderful stay at Dominika’s property in Poipu! The rental was in great shape, conveniently close to some very kid friendly beaches, and the perfect accommodation for our family. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Stay in Poipu

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Lots of room, plenty of great places to eat nearby. And easy walk to great beaches. Also easy to see the rest of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our entire 7 days at this condo. It is very near one of the pools. The pool was never hectic or crowded. The 2 grills by the pool are new Weber grills and are maintained well. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. We all commented on them. The a/c and fans work great to cool the condo. There is a unit in each bedroom with separate controls along with one in the main living area. It is very quiet in the condo. It is on the second floor, so there are stairs to reach the unit. It was not far from 2 shopping centers and a grocery store. The beach is accessible via a walkway through the complex. There is great snorkling and snorkel rentals are available at the beach. Overall, it is a great condo in a convenient location and we enjoyed it!

Magical Family Vacation!

We have 4 children and frequently travel to fun little surf spots in search of chill family time, outdoor adventures and great food! This hit the nail on the head! The condo was perfect for us, very spacious, had everything would could have possibly needed and more. Communication and booking was easy and pleasant. As far as a family-friendly spot, unbeatable! Great proximity to the pool, quiet for our napper, close walk to the beach that we really enjoyed. Super low-key, comfortable, felt like a home away from home! Mahalo!

Holidays in Kauai

The condo offered an ideal location from which to snorkel and tour the Poipu Beach area. The three sleeping areas were perfect for our family of 6. The condo book was very helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants in the area.

Awesome Wood Furniture

The condo was so clean, it made for an amazing first impression. It has some beautiful wooden furniture. It is close to the pool and hot tub. We loved our morning walks to the beach. There were beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, umbrellas and even a cooler. We would stay here again.

Great Location and Condo!

Perfect getaway with our family of 5. Close to the beach either walking or a few minute drive. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. The owners were great and very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again! Also if you play tennis bring your racket and balls, there are plenty of courts and pickleball courts as well. I sadly didn’t bring my racket, but next time I will!

One month stay

My family and I were in Kauai for a month and stayed here that whole time. We found the unit to be very comfortable. It’s about a ten minute walk to Poipu beach and a few restaurants which was nice. The unit is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. We would for sure stay here again!

Popiu Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The fans and air conditioning worked great. The condo is very close to one of the three pools you have access to. It is a very easy, less than 10 minute, walk to beach. It was a great stay.

We were wowed from the start. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable! We liked have two king bedrooms. Close to beach less than 5 miles away. Perfect for family too. Don’t pass this up. Great place to stay!

Poipu regency Kai - Dominika

A great experience. We didn’t know anything about the island so we rented blind. This property is so clean and a great space! Comfortable beds, great games and books at the condo. Beach items were great! Be sure to park within the lines in the parking lot or you will certainly have some older folks letting you know…:) haha. But no big deal. You can walk to the beach but it isn’t right out there door…we walked it most days and it is really pretty close! There are four beaches To choose from and we found they really are the best on the island for the winter months. And none were too busy!! Hosts checked in multiple times even though they didn’t need to. Thanks!
