The panoramic windows overlook an interior space surrounded by greenery, giving a sense of peace and tranquillity. The living room has an exit to a balcony with garden furniture - the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine. The bedroom has a dressing table that can also be used as a remote work or study area. A dressing room with a large wardrobe has been created in the apartment. The interior is finished in a bright and welcoming style, with each element creating a stylish and functional space. Functionality is further enhanced by a wealth of furnishings and amenities. These amenities include multimedia (flat screen smart Tv - in the living room and bedroom and free Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities including washing machine, coffee maker (pour-over), oven, toaster and dishwasher. This modern and luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located within the Polanki Aqua estate, on Wydmowa Street in Kolobrzeg. It provides an ideal location for a quiet family vacation! The complex offers a panoramic terrace and an indoor swimming pool with an open pavilion that functions as a pool bar. (to enter the terrace and pool area, you must have a magnetic wristband/watch - there are 4 pieces in the apartment). There is also a children's playroom and a restaurant with a terrace. Guests can also indulge in a relaxing spa area or get active in the gym. Access to all these facilities is free of charge for our guests. The property is located just 800 meters from the beautiful, sandy West Radzikowo Beach. The apartment is about 3.5 km from the Oceanarium and just over 4 km from the Lighthouse and Kolobrzeg's pier. Bicycle rentals can also be found in the vicinity of the property.
We inform you that from 12 November 2025 at 1:00 p.m. until 4 December 2025 (end of the day), the swimming pool will be closed for technical maintenance. During this period, the entire recreation and pool area will be unavailable.
